![]() (I picked NMT option on the first screen and then LPCM and AC3 on the following screens) Then use clownBD to demux the HDDVD video to a temp folder (dont' use TSmuxer yet) Use AnyDVD to rip (I used a LG BD-R/hd-dvd unit off ebay) This is an old thread, but I'll share my technique after some trial and error and a bunch of reading. ![]() So my question is, Does anyone know of any Vista 32 bit software that will allow me to rip the HD-DVD's? I'm sure I can find handbrake or something similar to create a usable movie but need to find a way of doing the initial rip. I've tested the HD-DVD drive and it works fine with Vista after I deleted the various virus software and bloat the original user had filled the machine with. Fortunately I kept the old hard drive with Vista 32 from the laptop so I am not back with that version. While the laptop would support Windows 7 64 bit, when I installed that version I found that I had no software in WIndows 7 that would play the HD-DVDs. Problem is I'm stuck using Windows Vista 32 bit on the laptop. The problem I'm having is trying to get software that will allow me to copy the HD-DVD's. ![]() Sadly the Warner Rot has already taken its toll on a couple of disc so I am not trying to get the remaining ones copied while I can. I finally came upon an old Toshiba laptop that has a HD-dvd player built in so am now trying to figure out how to make back-ups of my HD-DVD collection. ![]()

![]() ![]() The battery life expectancy has been improved by two hours which is coming close to the one offered by Edge. Nonetheless, the new version of Chrome is actually better. ![]() This raised a ton of controversy since people were accusing Microsoft of using an older version of Chrome. Chrome came out as the winner making the laptop to last for 4 hours and 19 minutes, while Edge’s laptop lasted for 7 hours of 22 minutes. A while ago, Microsoft decided to test out different web browsers in order to see which one uses the battery the most when its put under heavy usage (HD video streaming). Interestingly enough, Microsoft was the one to prove that Chrome drains batteries. Google Chrome: Battery DrainageĬhrome is infamous for using large amounts of RAM memory and draining the battery empty. The reason behind this is that Edge is able to detect SEM (social engineered malware) way faster than Chrome is. Reviews are showing that Edge has the upper hand in this department. In August 2015, the beta version of Edge 21.10532.0 scored 445 in the HTML5test (out of 555). With the release of new builds and updates, Edge got better at benchmarks. This is why both Chrome and Edge are equipped with state of the art security, but there’s a difference though. On a brighter side, Edge performed better in the SunSpider benchmark as compared to other browsers but was still a lot behind in other benchmarks. ![]() The reason why this matters is because both operating systems are renowned for having the tightest security. This is why security should be on everyone’s mind when they think about choosing the right web browser.īoth Microsoft and Google are known for creating the two most popular operating systems. The internet is swarming with malicious software, viruses and hackers who are always looking to steal user information. Security should be everyone’s top priority these days. ![]() Right now, we will pin the two against each other and see which one is actually the best in terms of user security and battery drain. According to a recent survey, Google’s Chrome and Microsoft’s Edge are the two most popular PC web browsers. With such a large array of options, it’s hard to decide which is the best one. The internet is filled with different web browser offerings from companies such as UC, Google and Microsoft. ![]() ![]() EX: I have the Rueful axe display set to accept the rueful axe and all other 5 display options are filled with a dummy object because they aren't needed (but chillrend would need them for instance because there are 6 leveled options for it). When a mod updates and makes a change to any script, the author can add new properties, add and remove functions from the script but CANNOT remove any properties or change what the properties are pointing to in the game. Congratulation, they are now BAKED into your save and can never be changed or removed under normal circumstances. When Skyrim loads up for the first time it loads EVERY SINGLE SCRIPT in the game and when you save your game all properties of that script are saved to your save game. ![]() If you understand already, have read this before or simply don't care to know how your car engine works as long as it works, feel free to skip ahead. Just refer back to this tutorial for the steps on removing it.īefore we get started I feel a little explanation on WHY this must be done is in order. In an update that requires this i will list the specific script name that should be purged from your save in the update itself. I try and keep calls for this to a minimum, but now and then a bug is found in the Legacy scripts that must be cleaned in this manner. Here are the instructions needed to run SURGICAL cleanings of your save game for Legacy content that must be cleaned. ![]() You should never do a full across the board clean of every entry in your save game, that will most likely spell disaster, but if you carefully and precisely remove the correct entries, your game will survive and run faster and better for it. ![]() Save game cleaning can help fix many problems you game may be experiencing, however it can also break your save game entirely if you don't do it correctly. ![]() |
